What happens next

Three things, in order. Nothing else is needed from you.

We confirm on WhatsApp

Our team messages the number you registered with, usually within one working day, to confirm your seat against the venue guest list.

Entry details, 24 hours before

On 20 August we send the tower, floor, gate and security instructions to the WhatsApp group. Watch for it on the 20th.

You arrive by 2:30 PM

Check-in, ID verification and coffee. The session starts sharp at 3:00 PM and check-in closes at 2:55 PM.

On the day

Four things to sort before 21 August

The first one is not optional — building security at Meta BKC will turn you away without it.

Carry a government photo ID Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence or passport. The name must match the one you registered with — security checks it against the guest list.
Reach BKC by 2:30 PM Friday afternoon traffic into Bandra Kurla Complex is unpredictable. Leave a buffer — check-in closes at 2:55 PM and late entries cannot be cleared.
Bring a laptop if you want to follow along Optional, but useful during the live campaign build. Make sure you can log into your own Ads Manager and Business Manager.
Bring the campaign that is not working Screenshots of cost per conversation, creative and audience are enough. The Meta team is in the room for the full session — come with the question you have not been able to get a straight answer to.

Know someone who should be there?

Seats are limited and entry is by prior registration only, so send them the registration page rather than bringing them along on the day.
