The format

What a Click-to-WhatsApp ad actually does

A CTWA ad replaces the landing page with a chat. Someone sees your ad on Facebook, Instagram or Reels, taps once, and lands inside a WhatsApp thread with your business — message already typed. Three steps, and every one of them is somewhere a campaign can go wrong.

Ad tap → qualified lead → site visit booked in 4 minutes.
No landing page. No form. No call-back queue.

The ad runs where people already scroll

Feed, Reels, Stories, Marketplace. Same auction, same targeting, same budget controls you already use — the only thing that changes is the destination.

Objective: Engagement → Messaging apps

One tap opens WhatsApp, not a form

No page load, no eight fields, no OTP. The message is pre-filled, so you already know which ad, which offer and which product the person tapped.

Pre-filled message = your first qualifier

Your team turns the chat into business

Reply, qualify, send the price list, book the visit. This is the part most businesses lose — and the part we will spend the most time on in the room.

Reply speed is the single biggest lever

Run of show · 21 August

Three hours, no theory slides

We open real ad accounts, walk through live campaigns, and show the numbers behind them — then hand the floor to you and the Meta team. Bring a laptop if you want to follow along in your own Ads Manager.

What we have achieved for clients with CTWA

Real campaigns from KP Digital World's book of work — real estate, coaching, clinics, local services and manufacturing. Creative, budget, targeting, cost per conversation and what happened to the leads after the chat started.

4:15 PMBuild

Building a CTWA campaign live, end to end

Objective and optimisation event, audience, placements, creative, the pre-filled message, WhatsApp Business setup, greeting and away messages, and how to read the results once it is running.

5:00 PMDiagnosis

Where CTWA campaigns break — and the fixes

The six failure patterns we see most often in Indian accounts, each with the specific change that turns it around. Bring a campaign that is not working and we will look at it in the room.

Q&A with the Meta teamAsk anything

The Meta team and our media buyers take questions together — account issues, ad policy, WhatsApp Business API, lead quality, or what to do with your specific budget. Networking after.

The hard part

Six ways CTWA campaigns quietly fail

Cheap conversations are easy. Conversations that turn into revenue are not. Every one of these is fixable, and every one gets covered on 21 August.

! Messages land at 11 AM. Somebody replies at 6 PM.

A first reply inside five minutes, backed by greeting messages, quick replies and a named owner for the inbox. Same ad spend, completely different close rate.

! Cost per conversation looks great. The enquiries are junk.

Put the filter in the ad, not in your team's time — price in the creative, a qualifying line in the pre-filled message, and the right optimisation event so Meta stops buying idle chatters.

! Nobody can say which ad produced which sale.

Ad-level reference tags in the pre-filled message, conversion events reported back to Meta, and a simple CRM or sheet your sales team will actually update. Attribution you can defend in a review meeting.

! One square creative running on Feed, Reels and Status.

Placement-specific creative and hooks. What earns a tap in a 9:16 Reel is not what earns a tap in a static Feed post — and the difference shows up in cost per conversation within 48 hours.

! The WhatsApp number is personal, unverified, and shared by four people.

Proper WhatsApp Business setup — verified profile, catalogue, labels, and a clear call on when you need the Business API instead of the app. Quality rating is a real risk, not a technicality.

! The chat goes well, then nothing happens for a week.

A written follow-up sequence with defined touchpoints, plus retargeting audiences built from people who messaged but never converted. Most of the money is in the second and third contact.

Who this is for

Built for people who already spend on ads

You do not need to be technical. You do need to be the person who cares whether the money spent last month turned into customers.

  • Business owners running Meta ads and unsure whether the leads are worth the spend.
  • Marketing managers who need a messaging channel that their sales team will actually work.
  • Agency owners & freelancers who want to add CTWA to what they sell, done properly.
  • Media buyers whose cost per conversation is fine but whose conversion rate is not.
  • Sales heads who inherit WhatsApp enquiries and want a system instead of a pile of chats.

Why us

We were recognised for exactly this

KP Digital World LLP was named an Ads Partner Excellence Impact Leader in Meta's Ads Partner Excellence Program (APEX) — recognition given for driving new advertiser activations and campaign success across India. The award came from Meta and ABNB Labs on 20 June 2026.

Seven years, 500+ websites and campaign work across India, the UAE and the US sit behind that certificate. On 21 August we are opening up how the CTWA side of it works.

Before you come

Questions we get asked

Is there a fee to attend?
No. The workshop is free to attend, but seats are limited and entry to the Meta office is granted only to people on the confirmed registration list.
Will the Meta team really take questions?
Yes. The Meta team is present for the full session and the last block is a dedicated open Q&A. Ad policy, account problems, WhatsApp Business API, lead quality, budget decisions — bring the question you have not been able to get a straight answer to.
I have never run a Meta ad. Will I keep up?
Yes. The first hour assumes no prior experience and covers the format from scratch. The later sessions go deeper, and you are welcome to sit through them or use the time to ask questions one-to-one.
What should I bring?
A government photo ID for building security — this is mandatory. A laptop is optional but useful if you want to open your own Ads Manager and follow along. If you have a campaign that is underperforming, bring the numbers and we will look at it in the room.
Can I bring a colleague?
Every attendee needs their own registration, because the guest list is submitted to the venue in advance. Ask them to fill the form separately, or message us on +91 93058 67004 and we will add them if seats are still open.
Will there be a recording or slides?
The session is not recorded. Registered attendees receive a written summary and the CTWA setup checklist on WhatsApp after the workshop.
Is this a sales pitch for KP Digital World?
It is a working session. We show our own client campaigns because those are the numbers we can actually verify. If you want to work with us afterwards the door is open, and if you want to run everything in-house you will leave with enough to do that.
What is the Ads Partner Excellence Program?
APEX is Meta's programme for agencies and digital partners working with small and medium businesses, focused on ads that click to message. KP Digital World LLP holds Ads Partner Excellence Impact Leader status under it. You can read more on the official APEX page.
