Course Enrollment & Payment
- Once you enroll and complete the payment for the Performance Marketing Course, your seat is reserved and course access is granted (according to the course plan you choose).
- All payments are collected securely through our website’s official payment gateway.
Cancellation Policy
You may request a cancellation only before the course access/materials are delivered.
Cancellation is not allowed in the following cases:
- If you have already received course login/access.
- If you have downloaded any study material or attended any class (online/offline).
- If you have joined the WhatsApp/Telegram student group.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only under the conditions listed below:
Eligible Refund Cases
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You made the payment by mistake and informed us within 24 hours, before course access was granted.
- Your payment was deducted, but the enrollment was not successful.
Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be processed if:
- Course access/login has been provided.
- You change your mind after joining the course.
- You expected different teaching methods or strategies.
- You fail to attend live classes or complete recorded lessons.
- You face personal issues such as lack of time, job change, exams, emergencies, etc.
- You purchased the course during a discount, offer, or special promotion.
Transfer of Course
- Course fees cannot be transferred to another student, batch, or course.
- Switching to another course is not allowed after enrollment.
Refund Processing Time
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
- KP Digital World is not responsible for delays caused by the bank or payment gateway.
Duplicate Payments
If the payment was made twice, the extra amount will be refunded upon verification within 7–10 working days.
